Assalamu'alaikum wr. wb ..

In January 2015 we have Fun Cooking Event at USMAN UMAR campus. Each group must cook many kind of different food, traditional/ modern food. Our group (UMAR 1) will make a traditonal food called Seblak. 

Seblak was made of crackers which in its marinade boiled and include chili, turmeric, ginger, pepper and salt. Coet only tool for mixing.



First: input of all the ingredients in Coet and grind until smooth in a moment's notice crackers boiled until tender
second: when crackers already tender, drain and inputs used spice that has been grinded into a skillet that a little cooking oil until the smell continued, input water into which the hot skillet after the crackers, that are already in the drain into the pan that had no seasoning then mix simultaneously into the frying pan and fry approximately 5-10 minutes.

After it was presented in a plate and decorate the seblak. Anzal cook seblak helped by a friend for mixing and the, slicing the seasoning is Fikri, Ornamental Seblak on a plate Anna, and Cooking Anzal.

We think that's all off our story in Fun Cooking Event of Umar Usman Campus.
